Ted was informed, as well as informative. Don Beyers text updates are rapid, and also very informative. Best of all was the above and beyond of Ted recruiting Alex to ensure the 4G modem upgrade was successfully synced with our vehicle (and my tablet). Front brakes were also replaced, and feel smooth. Well done to the service team (Andrew M, Ted I, and Alex.)
