Great Service with proper cdc guidelines
Don Beyer Volvo Dulles Service Department is second to none. My Service Advisor Ted, is outstanding by every measure. His service/maintenance knowledge is greatly appreciated as well is his superb customer service. My Service Technician Dave, is equally outstanding. All service repairs have been performed in expert fashion. Don Beyer Volvo Dulles Service Department has earned 5 Stars.
Great service from Ted Ibach. Recall, 50k, fluid flushes, brake service all very professional from Michael Hill. Nice new loaner. Very happy.

Popped a tire on a Saturday running some errands. Stopped by Don Beyer and they were able to replace the tire in around an hour to get me back on the road. Thank you
Excellent service. Very professional, friendly, and well maintained facility.
On the one hand, they were reliable and quick. I had a loaner for free which was great. Where my local mechanic could only identify the code from the sensor and wasn't sure about what part to replace, they did it easily. On the other hand, the part lists on line from a Volvo Dealer as $223, I was charged $345 for the part and another $340 for detecting the problem and replacing the part. So $685.. Volvo is a "upscale" vehicle so you expect to pay more, but this seemed excessive.
I can't complain about the service staff and how attentive they are to my cars needs. I wouldn't think of taking my Volvo anywhere else!
