Although provided with a nice loaner, we would have liked notification at about the 3 hrs (originally estimated) time, to let us know it would be closer to 6 hours. There were a few traces of oil in the engine compartment, but overall we are certainly happy enough that we will have Don Beyer Dulles perform our next service as well.
Quick in and out, nice loaner
My service was done as requested. They found a weak battery. The original one lasted 8 years so I had them replace it.
Don Beyer does a reasonably good job in working on vehicles. I think what gets me is they make decisions for you before discussing them all with you. I had my tires replaced and the next day all of my tire light indicators came on. If I was told to calibrate them as they showed me the second time I came back, I would have done it. It was never discussed so I had to go back twice for them to fix it in under 5 seconds. Show me and I could do it.
Exceptional! Service reps, esp Mr Ibach were very personable. Mr Ibach took time to explain the work needed and the reason for the work cost. Although I have other Volvo dealers near my home, Ive found dealing with Don Beyer Volvo more pleasant. Thank you.
