Working with Don McRobie was a great experience. He was wonderful. The only thing that bothered me was after I had responded to every request in a timely manner, I was still not able to close immediately. This was not Don's fault, but none-the-less it was frustrating, as I thought everything wood be immediately ready once the appraisal was completed.

Everything was done electronically and Don was there at all time. When i did have trouble understanding or sending my paper work on time, he was there to walk me thru no matter how mad I got he was very patient to explain me things and yet pick up again till it was done. By the way I am not a paper working man but Don thank you for all you did for me and my family to get into our first house regards best and I am looking forward to continue to work with you again in the future thank you.

Don went well above great customer service. Dante and Don were simply awesome to work with. The communication from them to me to get this mortgage done was the absolute best it could have been.
