Dr. Flihan and his staff were very professional and very patient. They concerned with the safety of their patients and themselves. Dr. Flihan himself called us to follow up on how our son was doing after his oral surgery. Dr. Flihan and his staff talked with us and not over us. They made sure we understood everything that was going to happen. Their attention to detail is very comforting. Thank Dr. Flihan and your staff!!

Dr. Flihan and his team were exceptional! I was very nervous for my wisdom teeth to come out and the entire team was supportive. It was my first surgery so I did cry with the IV (it was painless, just the thought that scared me) one of his assistants grabbed a tissue/cotton swap and wiped away my tears. I would have been asleep in maybe two minute and they could have ignored it and by doing so, showed that extra step of empathy and that I did select the right office. Dr. Flihan is the nicest doctor I have ever met. I was dealing with a lot of pain & my original oral surgeon couldn’t see me for 2 weeks, but Dr. Flihan’s office got me in 2 days after my dentist’s office called them. They even called me the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in earlier because he was running ahead of schedule, something that I have never had happen with a doctor, especially a specialist before.
