I originally started out with her during my pregnancy & dreaded every appointment. She convinced me that I couldn’t have vbac & never really explained why. Every appointment was rushed. She isn’t caring or have a drop of empathy for patients who struggle with anxiety. Just made me feel stupid. We didn’t ever discuss a birthing plan & I ended up switching the last couple of weeks before delivery bc I couldn’t fathom dealing with this woman I was so unconnected with. Not a good doctor at all. Very fake in her mannerisms and she rushes you through your visit. She missed a very important medical problem I had that could've resulted in me losing my pregnancy. As a result of her missing this problem, I had to endure a very long and difficult labor. The doctor who delivered my son told me she really should've known this would be a problem. The huge number of patients in Hrozenzik's waiting room tells a lot about this doctor's style. Patients are treated like cattle, forced to wait in the waiting room, then again in the exam room. When Dr. Hrozencik finally arrives, she seems more interested in going through the motions and getting on to the next patient (collecting insurance money as she passes go), than carefully listening to her patients and addressing their concerns. She's the WORST OB I've seen. She does NOT know her stuff. She had to ask another doc to see what she should do with my problem. She'd not discuss with you to see if you are willing to pay for a treatment before she goes ahead. I went for a general physical for the first time with her. She sent my test to a lab with a specific code that the ins doesn't cover. (I'm talking about a GENERAL physical test which should all be cover by the ins if the doc has used the right code).
