Love the new office. Dr. Harrison and his staff were very professional and caring.
Very good experience from registering in, being taken to exam room promptly, visit with his nurse, x-rays, and dr visit was less than 50 minutes. Dr. Harrison is very thorough in exam and diagnosis. 👍👍👍

Terrible experience with staff. They don't mind lying to your face about sending paperwork or helping in any way! We will tell everyone of our experience with the staff at Bienville Orthopedic.
Doctor was great but didn't tell us what to do until we have an MRI...staff needs to be replaced only one lady at the counter was helpful the others pushed us off to another then another...they did not want to do their job. But thankfully for one lady she get the infomation needed and helped us checkout!
Waiting for over 3hrs is ridiculous. I feel a patient time is just as important as the clinics! This has been the wait time each time I've had to go to a scheduled appointment. At two different appointments I ask a question was told by the Doctor he didn't know what the problem was,never said he would check to find out. On one question he told me he's had other patients complain of the same thing and just didn't know what causes it?
I have much respect for Dr Harrison and have referred many patients to him. I’ve always been satisfied until my most recent visit. I felt he was in a hurry to leave and had no time for me. I spent 20 minutes completely paperwork with new meds and a new diagnosis. He never looked at it. I wanted to discuss several things and had questions I wanted to ask. He interrupted me every time so I finally gave up. Left in tears. I was so disappointed because I’d never experienced that with him before. Maybe he just had a bad day.
When a patient comes to you and complains about a problem about their arm, neck,shoulder & hand & he only addresses the neck I think is very unprofessional. Than he presses down on my head. I instantly get a headache & feels as though my blood pressure goes up. And on top of all that I awaken this morning with the worst pain in my neck. I'm starting to regret I ever picked him as a doctor for my industrial injury. He did just as workers comp wanted him to do,& that was to send me back to work. Lesson learned.
