Doppio in Concord is one of out favorite places. The food is always wonderful, the wait staff is amazing! We prefer to dine outside, weather permitting. Inside is too noisy but outside with the music and the fountain it is perfect.
I am Sicilian so was thrilled to find Southern Italian food. I ordered the fettuccine with short ribs and it was the best Italian food I’ve had in a restaurant in years. Service was wonderful. We will definitely be going back

Waiter was great trying to take orders by himself, of both indoor n outdoor diners, while other staff huddled in one corner doing just water and picking up empty plates here n there. We were baffled no one took our drink order for about 12 minutes, or offered us bread while we waited for the waiter. At other places even the manager helps out when they are short staffed. But the only 1 waiter did his best and kept his humor and cheerful personality. I hope he gets the whole tip to himself.
