Initially we weren’t sure if we wanted to refinance. Dorie did a great job walking us through the process so we could make a decision and ultimately move forward. She was there to answer questions at every step and made it easy. I have already made a recommendation to a coworker who is thinking about a refinance and will absolutely do so if anyone I know is interested.

Dorie was great to work with. She made the process very easy, she was very responsive and had patience when answering questions.
