It was very helpful to re-clarify things we didn't understand with Dorie. My fiance and I work 12 hour shifts so some days we aren't available to talk at all, and being able to facilitate things through text was a plus. Dorie also made a 2min video with a screen-share system so go over the loan specifics we had questions on since we were unable to talk. She is very flexible and does a great job.

Hated the process . . . too complicated, took too long. Much simpler years ago. Kudos to the Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group employees who made it as painless as possible . . . very professional, polite, responsive to questions, needs, et al. Had to communicate with multiple people . . . might be easier on the client if you could reduce the number a bit.

The only thing I can think of is possibly more updates between offer acceptance and closing. However, I can be a detail freak so it might just be me!
