Picked up my ten year old Cadillac this morning, and was pleased beyond words with the work that was done. My car looks like new! The repair work was very meticulously and professionally done . . . absolutely no evidence remains of the collision with a bear! These guys are the real deal for repair work. Hope I never have to see them again, but if I need vehicle repair work I would use no one else but Dorn’s.
My 2009 VW Beetle had to have her transmission replaced and it drives so good now! Tony assisted through the process and went out of his way to help me. I have never dealt with someone that truly cared as much for a customer! The repair was done in a timely manner and there were no hidden cost! I highly recommend Dorn’s and make sure you ask for Tony!😎

Had them complete my repairs for my insurance claim from hitting a deer on the highway. The quality of their work is second to none and the professionalism and Customer Service was absolutely phenomenal! I am very particular about my car and they have more credentials than any shop I saw in RVA and absolutely will bring my car back if ever needed here. A+ Experience!!
I thought the repairs took way too long but the finished product was worth the wait. My car looks beautiful ! I hope to take advantage of the complimentary car wash in the future. Decio and Angela were always very pleasant and helped me with my questions in a very professional manner.
The staff was helpful and courteous.
Had a scrape from a hit and run. This team was amazing!! Customer service and quick turnaround on service. Prices were fair and completed a day sooner than expected. Will never go anywhere else.
