Wow! Double S and Donda really saved the day for me. I had a house full of 25 years of stuff. I handed Donda my house key and the next think I knew, I was picking up a check. No set up, no cleanup, no hauling off unsold stuff. My house went from cluttered to totally empty and ready to sell.
