Mitch and Curtis were fantastic! I called about a possible leak at my water meter and they even waived the service fee. They kept me updated before my appointment, called 30 minutes ahead, and showed up right on time. Super professional, checked everything including my water heater, and even taught me about the service valves I didn’t know I had. They very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Great service all around—highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with Doug Turner plumbing inc. The two gentlemen who came out were on point. They solved a long ongoing problem in a short time and didn't charge much at all. I had an unexpected leak in my sprinkler underground piping. Mitch and Matt showed up quick and were able to take care of it extremely well. While they were there, they did a quick assessment of other important piping infrastructure and were very helpful In educating me about the house around the kitchen sink and sewer and water heater.
