My wait time wasn’t very long however, when I got in the room, he barely let me explain what was going on. He almost Instantly rush into a conclusion and just told me to use cough drops for a persistent throat irritation and cough. He also told me it won’t get better if you keep coughing. Not impressed at all. Seemed very rushed and told me to make another appointment to actually discuss treatment. Won't be going back.

He didn’t listen to me. I was trying to tell him about my sinuses and he said oh they are fine. Well they weren’t fine to me.

Horrible bed side manner, did not disclose complications nor document them. not compassionate, was not truthful about my surgery, actually fractured my septum while doing a septum repair, never mentioned it. He also caused a severe vasal vagal reaction at 2 weeks post op while doing a post op scope. I became very ill, he dropped a dripping wet paper towel on my head and left the room! I mentioned symptoms I was having 2 weeks post op, he blew it off, said I must be one of those people.
