Doug and his team are nothing short of amazing! This is my second time working with Doug (first was the purchase of my home). I had a very difficult refi because my income is so complicated, and Doug did what he does and got it through. When a refi is complicated, it is so important to have a team that is really on top of everything and fast and friendly. All i can say is Doug saved my life. There's no way that anyone else could compete with Doug. He's in a league of his own.

I just closed escrow on my first home and Doug was with me every step of the way. He had been recommended by a friend whose opinion I hold in high regard. From the very first phone call, I could tell I was in good hands, and he was awesome throughout the entire loan process. I can't imagine working with anyone more on top of it than he was. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always responded immediately, and has a solid team working with him. You won't find a better mortgage broker than Doug.

I first spoke with Doug about refinancing our property 7 years ago. We were in a terribly confusing adjustable rate loan on a rental property that made it nearly impossible to refinance. Over those 7 years, Doug consulted with us multiple times, checked in regularly, and was finally able to get us a fantastic fixed rate loan as soon as all the variables aligned.
