I was so happy to finally hear a Dr take the time to fully explain my MRI results.Dr Shepherd explained in detail what I was seeing in the MRI when most dr’s spend 5 mins and usually you leave still having questions.He was so kind and explained everything in detail and options as well it was refreshing to leave understanding what’s going on with my neck and with a plan moving forward.I will defiantly recommend him to friends & family.Kristi
Dr Shepard reviewed, on screen with me, what everything on my MRI was and what it meant for me and my health. He explained other tests that i had in detail and then thoroughly went over options. He took the time to make sure I understood as well as doing a physical exam of how my body responded to stimuli with respect to my spine. Highly recommend him.

Every aspect of this experience was top-notch. From the Receptionist, to the Medical Assistant, to the Doctor himself, all were friendly and helpful. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results. I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd!

I’ve had 3 procedures with Dr Shepherd recently. I found him friendly, informative during procedure, and very competent at keeping discomfort at a minimum. I would definitely recommend to others.
After being in pain with a neck injury for 4years Dr. Shepherd fixed the problem. He gave me a trigger point injunction. He also showed me how to move to not aggravate the problem. This reduced the pain levels so that I was able to begin an exercise program that strengthened my muscles to support the spine. That in turn, cleared up my neck, back problems completely.
