Every aspect of this experience was top-notch. From the Receptionist, to the Medical Assistant, to the Doctor himself, all were friendly and helpful. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results. I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd!
I was so impressed with how well he listened to me and took the time to go over my concerns. I truly felt like he cared and is interested in helping me get better.
Dr Shepherd took the time to thoroughly explain the issues as well as the treatment options.
I’ve had 3 procedures with Dr Shepherd recently. I found him friendly, informative during procedure, and very competent at keeping discomfort at a minimum. I would definitely recommend to others.
After being in pain with a neck injury for 4years Dr. Shepherd fixed the problem. He gave me a trigger point injunction. He also showed me how to move to not aggravate the problem. This reduced the pain levels so that I was able to begin an exercise program that strengthened my muscles to support the spine. That in turn, cleared up my neck, back problems completely.
Very positive experience.
Extremely upset with my interactions with Dr. Shepherd. He was rude, unsympathetic and has horrendous bedside manner. I don’t care how long he’s been practicing, he doesn’t deserve my business along with anyone else’s.
I went to him hoping I could get some help with nerve pain I am having with herniated discs. My herniations are mild, and I felt like because I didn’t have anything major wrong he discounted the pain I was experiencing. The nerve pain I have is debilitating. He barely made eye contact with me, and I waited an hour in the waiting room, and then another 30 min in the room. He left me with the impression that he didn’t believe that I was in pain, and that I was wasting my time.
