Dr. crowe and his entire staff have always been excellent from their professionalism to their personal care and genuine concern. I’ve been a patient of his since I was eight years old. I am now 47 years old and have taken my own children to him as early as 2 years old. He’s an excellent dentist to children and adults. I experienced an emergency and left a message via voicemail with the office on Monday. Later that evening, I received a text message contacting me regarding the message I left. The next day, I received an appointment scheduled for Wednesday. Angie was welcoming and took my dental x-ray. Dr. McIntire addressed the immediate fix and explained the process of next steps. I am very appreciative of getting my concern addressed quickly and now knowing the sender of my text. Thank you Douglasville Family Dental Center!!
Dr. Crowe And Ms. Judy worked on me to prepare for a new crown. They did an excellent job with drilling, fitting me for temporary and instructing me on what to do as I wait for my crown to arrive. Everyone at the dental center are very nice and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this dental office.
If you're looking for a local,honest, trustworthy, committed to detail type of dentistry then this is the place.. I started my journey in September 23... I've had the pleasure of 3 thorough and professional services performed at this location..So far one of the best experiences I've ever had with any new dentists... DR Crowe and his staff will go above and beyond your expectations... hand's down one of the best experiences you'll ever have..try them and you won't be disappointed
I love this staff on Fridays and Saturdays! Finding a family friendly dental office on a Saturday is not only amazing but a dentist that truly cares about his patients and not just doing unnecessary dental procedures is a blessing! I recommend all to come no matter how long it's been( due to covid and unable to afford dental)since you had mouth care this dentist will work with you!
