Verified Renter We have being here for a year and half and during all this time the community has been well maintained. The pool, the grounds and other amenities are kept clean all the time, plus the staff at the office and maintenance are always very professional and courteous.

Verified Renter Dove Valley won't end up in an architecture magazine, but for the price, it punches well above its weight class. Maintenance actually shows up — with tools, not excuses — and management responds to in-app messages like they have somewhere to be. Had a kitchen sink disposal that didnt work and it was fixed the day after I reported it, which in apartment years is basically light speed. If you want a well-run place that treats you like a paying adult without charging you like you're in a penthouse, this is it.

Verified Renter Dove Valley apartments is a great place to live. We moved here a year and a half ago and during this time we have received great service from the office staff and maintenance. The grounds are kept very clean, it has a good gym, great pool & hot tub, dog park, cleaning station for dogs, beautiful green areas and a nice club house. In general we are very happy with our decision of moving here.
