Great customer service from our salesperson! Our salesperson Jorge Perez was very helpful and helped us get the vehicle we wanted, great communication skills and knowledge. This is my 2nd purchase with him, strongly recommended!
Although we were not able to finalize the sale, the salesman that I worked with (Sergio Mendoza) and his manager (Matt) were respectful and trustworthy. If the right vehicle were to present itself, I would have no problem working with Downey Nissan in the future.
