Went to Dr. McLain on the recommendation of a friend and found an office full of friendly people who know their stuff! The Dr. Was clear in explaining my problem and offering 2 ways to solve the problem. The hygienist was friendly, gentle, and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ve missed my old dentist ever since he retired - but think I’ve found a new home here.
Very good experience. Doctor was personable along with the assistant. My hygienist was awesome!
If you are looking for a friendly, awesome, fabulous local dentist office, I highly recommend Dr James McLain & his staff at Downing Street Dental!! I love my dental hygienist Michelle - and the whole team is wonderful as well. They are always on time and accommodating. I like that you can get early morning appointments (7:00am) and still make it to work/go about your day. They are a local neighborhood gem 💎💓💎💓💎
