I can not say enough about the staff of Downs Family! From Amy being so helpful with rescheduling, to the patience of Beth with my 4 year old. Today was my daughters first trip to the dentist office. She was extremely nervous and scared. Beth was so amazing with her. She was patient, showed her every tool, and was understanding. I was in awe of her.
