My experience was, as always had been, great: It was that of humane professionalism on the part of the staff, starting from the front desk ladies all the way to the doctor.
I came to Downtown Dentistry after a bad experience with another dentist who said he couldn’t do anything for my teeth. Dr Chan thought otherwise and started me on Invisalign. Just over a year later, I have now completed my treatment. I am extremely happy with the outcome and it has boosted my confidence significantly. I can’t recommend Dr Chan and her team enough - from the front desk to the dentists - they are all fantastic!
Dr. Chan is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is so friendly and kind that my 3 and 6 year-old-kids finally enjoyed going to a dentist. The front desk staff and hygienists are incredibly nice and they make it very clear customer satisfaction is the number one priority for them. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and associates to all my friends and patients.

Everyone is very friendly from the staff to the doctor and has your best interests in mind. They make you feel as comfortable as going to the dentist can be. Highly recommend.
