My very first visit with Dr. Chan was in 1997 when I was a student struck with major dental expenses, yet not unlike other young people, with major financial constraints. What made me stay after my first consultation was Dr. Chan's open and transparent approach to present all options explaining the results and her opinion; but always my choice. What made me come back, even to this day driving for over 2 hours, is Dr. Chan's passion and sincere care for her patients, as well as continued innovation of her practice (annual conferences, the addition of dental laser, her own design of a bite splint which I use to this day). In addition to being an expert at what she does, Dr. Chan has a big heart. When I was still a student on a very tight budget, she arranged monthly plan for me and offered discounts whenever possible. She also responds to emails and is always within reach to consult. I have had multitude of treatments: braces early on, gum grafts, implant, sensitivity laser treatments, deep fillings that saved me from root canals, and her own design of a bite splint which got rid of so many of my symptoms. I have since brought my partner, my parents, and several friends to Dr. Chan's practice. I have nothing but the very best experience to share about Dr. Chan and also the staff in the office and the hygienists. I LOVE going to my dentist!

Dr. Fung was incredible from the minute we met but the incredible service began from the person who answered the phone. I am a new patient and had a painful emergency situation. They were able to get me in quickly and literally saved me during a difficult time. I highly recommend Dr. Fung and the entire team at Downtown.

Dr. Reddy provided dental treatment that was second to none. He delivered my Invisalign case and answered all of my questions with his expertise. It was a very comfortable experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Reddy and the wonderful staff at Downtown Dentistry to everyone. Top notch dentist and dental office!

I came to Downtown Dentistry after a bad experience with another dentist who said he couldn’t do anything for my teeth. Dr Chan thought otherwise and started me on Invisalign. Just over a year later, I have now completed my treatment. I am extremely happy with the outcome and it has boosted my confidence significantly. I can’t recommend Dr Chan and her team enough - from the front desk to the dentists - they are all fantastic!
