I cannot express the happiness Dr. Jacono and his team has brought me. My revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty is better than I imagined. I came in with a scooped nose, missing definition in the bridge as well as raised nostrils and a bulbous tip. The septum had also collapsed on one side which made it very difficult to breath. Dr. Jacono is literally the most knowledgeable and talented surgeon I met and I went to a lot of other doctors in the Greater NYC area. Literally the only negative is he is so popular that sometimes your appointments get rescheduled because he is over booked always which in hindsight if you think about it, isn’t such a bad thing. I am 54 and regularly get taken for younger, but my upper lip was my problem and I had long given up on it. I honestly thought there was nothing i could do to change it. I’m 54 and have been feeling that the most aging part of my face is my upper lip. It looks fine when I smile but otherwise I have very little upper lip. I've pretty much researched any and all plastic surgeons in NYC and wasn't impressed with any rhinoplasty results until I discovered Dr. Jacono. Let me start by saying I am genuinely amazed at the subtle and natural results of my facelift by Dr. Jacono. I am one week post op from a combination of procedures (facelift, temporal lift, lower eye lid lift and nasal tip rotation). Today I had removal of the nasal splint and suture removal.
