First of all, Dr. Macagno has an excellent bedside manner. He is affable and easy to talk to. However when I look for a surgeon, my first concern is, "he an excellent surgeon." He met the bedside manner critique rating 1 out of 10 with 10 being the highest with an 8. Yet, more important for me is his skills as a surgeon. He explained the surgical procedure precisely .
