I was glad to be seen by Dr. Chung himself. He was thorough and personable. I've commented before on the same thing but the good experience is only let down a little because of the way the technician treats patients. I think that they should introduce themselves by name and say what their role is and wear a name badge with job title, announce who they are, greet the patient and say what they are going to do. I know they see many people in a day but this is the weakest link in a good practice.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. No delays as everyone was organized and knew what to do.The optometrist Dr Hamed was nice, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thanks !
