Dr. Kimberly Lee was very thorough and professional, yet also very warm and approachable. I also appreciated that I was seen fairly promptly after my arrival for my appointment--I was in and out of there in about an hour. I have been going to this optometrist office at the Eaton Centre for over 25 years (Dr. Rick Chan was my previous optometrist but he retired a couple of years ago) and the service is always consistently courteous, pleasant, and meticulous. My experience at your Toronto Eaton Center office yesterday was exceptional . The staffs and Dr Chung were courteous and professional as always from the minute I walked in until I left.
