I am very pleased with the quality of the eye exam I received from Dr. Ng. He takes the time to explain past and present results and gives you a detailed report. Every year I ensure that my exam is booked and the staff keeps in contact via email or calls. Located within a Lens Crafter store which makes shopping for a new pair of glasses possible.
I recently had an outstanding experience at Dr. Archie Chung and associates Optometrist with Doctor Chung. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Great service and wonderful staff! Dr Tran is very knowledgeable and very friendly and approachable. they went to great lengths to reschedule my appointment! Never have had a better eye doctor or received better service!!
I had a smooth and wonderful experience here getting contact lenses for the first time! They were patient in answering all of my questions and when it came to the training for using lenses, the Doctor came to check in and gave me such helpful advice. You can tell that they care! All in all, it took me about 30 minutes. The customer service was also great and they had direct billing with my insurance which is always nice. I will definitely be back ☺️
Dr. Archie was very straight forward and did a great assessment for my eyes. They have a comprehensive eye exam that also includes a photo of your retina. He recommended me lens for my specific eye condition. You get an email copy of your Rx, so you won't lose it! And there is no pressure to purchase eyeglasses from that location. I have a low nose-bridge, so my preference was to go with an optic store that carried more selection for that. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Archie.
