As others have noted, he is incredibly skillful at achieving natural results even with old saggy faces like mine. I'm 70, and fear pain, but he manages to inject locals in my eyelids without causing me any pain at all! I had already been to two top celebrity doctors in Beverly Hills, both telling me they could not improve my under eye area without fillers. Dr. Talei was able to greatly improve my under eye area surgically with no need for fillers at all. Extraordinarily talented.

Outstanding and perfectionistic work. I had two other surgeries with other top celebrity surgeons years ago and was very unhappy with their work. Dr. Talei is very kind, patient, explains everything thoroughly, and was able to fix everything done wrong to my face and redo damage done by prior doctors. I did upper and lower eyelids, very moderate lip lift, face and neck lift, and look completely natural. No fillers necessary. From beginning to end, kindness and honest discussions.
Dr Talei is the best of the best. As a physician myself I can spot a great doctor very quickly. Dr Talei has all the qualities of a doctor you want. He is metciclous, loves his work and very kind.
