I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. B a week ago. He and his staff are kind and patient and spent time answering all my questions and chatting with me. On top of that he did a PHENOMENAL job with my nose. I fell off my bike as a child and had quite a noticeable bump on my lip of hard excess scar tissue and was so embarrassed about it everyday! I had my rhinoseptoplasty with Dr Bonaparte on October 10th and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm only 4 weeks post op so I can't comment on the improvement in my breathing yet, although aesthetically it could not have went better. I had a large portion of the tip de-projected as well as a slight hump removed from the bridge. My tip was very slightly lifted as well for a more feminine appearance overall.
