Dr Lipkin is very knowledgeable and skilled. He is very thorough in his exam and explains everything. He has an excellent “bedside” manner and spends time reviewing all the options available and answering any questions. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating and work with you to find an appointment that fits into your schedule. My first experience was time sensitive and they rearranged appointments to fit me in the following day. I highly recommend Dr Lipkin and his staff.
Gentle, energetic and compassionate, Dr Lipkin gives you confidence you are in good hands and came to the right place. He treated me with respect and caring, and performed my root canal painlessly, and with perfection.
I am a VA Healthcare Priority Group One veteran. I get all my dental care at the superb VA Hospital in Lake Nona, Orlando. Last October, simply because they didn't think they could schedule me in soon enough I was sent thru VA Community Care to an outside dentist in Lake Mary. Dr. Brad Lipkin provides impersonal medical care, which makes him seem unprofessional. I only hope that he did a good job. I observed that he created a system where he doesn’t have to talk with the patient at all. First, the assistant prepares the patient in a way that the patient is restricted from talking before the doctor comes inside the room. At the end of my appointment, the assistant said “You all done”. she took the mouth restrain out of my mouth and she said “The doctor will be back soon”. The doctor steps underneat... read more
Not told up front, when I made appointment that entire work had to be completely paid. who has 1100.00 laying around. Very disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with Dr. Lipkin. One year ago, he performed 3 root canals, 2 of which are still giving pain. Now one must be removed. If these teeth were not good candidates for root canals, why did Dr. Lipkin perform them? At a follow up appointment, also related to a third tooth, I explained to the X-ray tech that there were THREE areas of concern. I was lambasted by both her and the Dr. For merely wanting them to help figure out why these areas were still in pain! NOT HAPPY
