You guys were great. Extremely friendly and professional. My only comment would be to be prepared to have a financial discussion about costs up front so that costs are known and can be factored in to the bigger picture when dealing with a complex case. Sue did follow up with an email which was very helpful but I still got the impression there may be some hidden costs. The only thing I would have changed about my visit yesterday was a little bit more information on the procedure suggested which I will be doing. I feel confident in Dr Edelstein's work, but wasn't sure about length of time for recovery, sutures and other issues regarding the gum grafting. I did speak to someone this morning who could not have been more pleasant and informative. Everyone is always quite helpful. A good feeling. I have and shall continue to recommend patients to this office with confidence.

In 2012 I was diagnosed with gum disease by a local dentist. After their initial evaluation they suggested I take part in a new "cutting edge" treatment that will rid my gum disease in-evasively without scaling and root planing. From the phone calls prior to my surgery, to the welcoming reception once I arrived for the actually appointment, I was treated with respect and kindness. I was really scared due to prior experiences in my dental care and every visit...I am more reassured and confident that I am in great hands.
Customer service is a priority for Dr. Edelstein and his employees. I have never felt more taken care of in a medical practice of any kind. I almost wish I needed more work done, so I could have an excuse to return.
