Dr Johnson and the staff have such a great way to put my child at ease which makes for a great experience.
Great Experience! From the initial phone call to make an appointment this office stood out. The appointment setter gave me all the information other dentist offices gave me, but she was happy, friendly, and enjoying her job! She told me about the dentist and the office in a manner that made me want to come. I have a pediatric dentist in my neighborhood, but they just were not friendly on the phone. 1st Visit I think you all did an awesome job of making my daughter's first experience a great one. She was quiet when we first arrived, but by the time we left, she was telling the dental assistant, "See you next time"! Thanks guys for a great experience!

great service Dr Thomas & his staff are always polite, on time & quick while still being thorough. I especially like that both my boys can be seen at the same time.
Good service, but they did not get my daughter's insurance correct I appreciate the service they provided, but I had called the week before to update my daughter's insurance and then recently received a bill from her old insurance stating that they had billed the old insurance. It seems like a week is plenty of time to correct billing details. I worry about an office that is not detail-orientated enough to get this right.
Very professional but very friendly service!!!!! My daughter is very shy but always loves to go. She's my first child so we have no idea how everything should go. But the staff are really helpful and explain everything. My daughter is always so good. I'm sure it's because all the friendly service. Also with all the colors and pictures. She feels very happy!! Made you feel at home with their exceptional care. Everyone was very polite from the moment we entered the office, made it a fun place to be with how the office was setup, and made it easy for me filling out all the paperwork. My daughter and son were hesitant about going to the dentist. For one they both have a gag reflex and feel they are choked when taking x-rays.
