Another good experience with some special procedures completed.
Once again Dr. Pete and the entire staff was great. Efficient and caring, most of all no pain. So glad I switched to this office years ago.
My experience was fantastic from making the appointment to receiving excellent care from Dr Cracchiolo and his assistant Starkey. The procedure was explained in detail and information for at home care after the procedure was provided. I highly recommend Dr Cracchiolo and staff for their highly proficient and compassionate care.
August 12, 2023. I was scheduled for a root canal evaluation with Dr. DeCarolis. He examined me and did another test to make sure of his results. As he explained the route of treatment, he noticed that I was very teary eyed. I explained my baby brother passed away the week prior. There are no words to explain Dr. DeCarolis and his staff tender compassion. And I always get an education during my visit. Always a professional experience
Always very friendly and professional!
Upon arrival at the Dental office, I greeted by name by not one but Dental assistants that checked me in for treatment. I called to the treatment area on time. I should also say this is the cleanest place I’ve ever seen. Treatment was explained and completed with professionalism as always. Counseling went well with the direction of treatment I need and also the treatment I chose, and the time line I have chosen. Very friendly professional staff I highly recommended James Town South Dental.
I had my teeth cleaned by Ms. Marie :) She is always so professional, through and personable!!! See made my visit less scary ( I’m a baby When it comes to the dentist 😱The staff is Always great👍👍👍👍👍
