Madison was amazing. From the second she took me back to the room to the time I left, I felt as if I had known her for years. She made me feel so comfortable and was having conversations with me that made me not even think about the work I was getting done. I am beyond appreciative always for the staff and providing such a fantastic experience every time I come in. I’ve been coming her for a little over 3 years and they never fail to provide exceptional service with friendly faces.

The entire experience went extremely well, the initial filling out of forms on line was easy and convenient. My hygienist Marie was super thorough and very nice. Dr. Cracchiolo spent plenary of time on the exam and providing a dental plan to move forward with. All the office staff were very friendly kudos to you all!

What a wonderful dental experience! Our previous dentist retired and my wife and I are so pleased to find Jamestown Dental. Dr Cracchiolo and our hygienist , Marie , explained procedures well and we’re amazed at all the new technology. The office is outstanding and would highly recommend going there!
