Arrived to a clean modern office lobby with staff awaiting to check me in, the staff recognized me when I entered. I waited maybe five minutes so my appointment started a few minutes early. I was taking to a treatment chair and explained what treatment I would be receiving. I was given shots for pain that did not hurt. For my convenience I requested both procedures be done the same day.
