Well run clinic, great considerate staff.Dr Kapur was knowledgeable and explained everything.
This is the second time I have needed to see Dr. Kapur , lastly being almost 10 years ago. As in my first visit it was a most positive experience. I had barely sat down when my name was called. The medical assistant was wonderful. The Dr. came in after less than 5 minutes. His demeanor puts you instantly at ease. He is kind and compassionate. He takes the time to explain things and didn’t rush through my appointment. He is a gem and I feel privileged to be under his care.
Dr was on time for my appointment, very thorough with reviewing labs and medical history,including recent and current health events. Dr Kapur made sure i needed nothing else before I left, including appointments with other physicians and specialists. Very happy with Dr Kapur and ECHO.
Wait time was a bit long. 35 minutes. But staff was wonderful; kind, helpful and professional. Dr. Kaput was very understanding and professional with great recommendations for a plan of treatment. Thank you all.
Found small lump in breast . Office made an appointment quickly the Dr Kapur in turn arranged for my tests for following day. This in itself help calm my anxiety. Have follow up in a week!
Dr. Kapur is a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to figure out what is wrong and doesn’t stop until he has an answer. He then provides the correct treatment program. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Kapur is very knowledgeable about what he does. Here are some things that I noticed: He has a very calm attitude. He is very patient and polite. He always takes the time to listen to his patients whenever I have a scheduled visit. He also pays a lot of attention to details. He treats his patients with a a lot of respect. I always feel very comfortable going to my appointments. He gets 5 stars!
I know that Dr Kapur has my health as his #1 focus.
I have been a patient of Dr Kapur’s for a year now. He has always taken the time to answer all my questions and made me a partner in decision making around my care. Hi staff are wonderful also. I highly recommend Dr Kapur!
