Vet tech's injured my 9 lb chihuahua during a nail trim! we are long time customer of 10 years, came in for annual vaxes and nail trim. I left with my dog's hip joint dislocated and had to take her immediately to orthopedic specialist for surgery--$8000+. Both drs on staff --Byrnes and Mc Grew called it a freak accident, yet didn't witness it. They both recommended to take my dog to a specialist immediately. In 2023, Dr. Domotor diagnosed my childhood cat with a terminal skin condition, but was only 90% sure because “they did not have the appropriate microscope.” After grieving the sudden pending loss of my ten-year-old cat, I decided to get a second opinion with a vet hospital that had the correct equipment; I was informed she had ringworm, which is very much treatable. We have had a great experience with Dr. Carnahan and the Staff at Dr. Domotor’s. We were looking for a new veterinarian for our dog after having some bad experiences with other veterinarians. At our initial visit, Dr. Carnahan took his time in addressing all of our questions and concerns. We felt very comfortable and assured our dog was getting the best care. Our dog had multiple teeth extracted and Dr. Carnahan and Staff did an amazing job and were wonderful with postop care. We are so thankful we found Dr. Domotor’s!
Terrible experience at Animal House--BEWARE!! Our 10lb Chihuahua left a routine visit and nail trim with a dislocated hip!! This occurred while being handled by 2 vet techs in the back treatment area--no Dr's witnessed this and practice has refused to take responsibility. We were advised by Dr Brynes & McGrew to take our dog to a specialist immediately. Our dog required surgery that costed $8100. Animal House has refused to share video footage and has not been transparent about exactly what occurred but just maintain it... read more
I've been bring our pets here for over 25 years and just love the care that the staff, animal technicians and most importantly, the vet staff, has shown us over the years. Whether it be for a routine yearly check ups, or a more serious issue, our pets have always received tremendous care and I thank the vets for giving me concise information and prognosis.
