Why wife and I had 5 other pulmonologists over the years and Dr Zanchi is by far the best. All of the staff is professional and competent. Arrived 10 minutes early today, was done with intake in 10 minutes and saw doctor 5 minutes later. Doctor carefully questioned me on all medications (even from other doctors) especially the ones I stopped and all relevant pulmo symptoms. As it turns out, I am in much better health since previous visit, so he said "keep up the good work".
I'm a white coat syndrome patient. Dr zanchi and his staff knows how to calm me down. For example today I had a PFT done with Judy. She understood me and worked with me. Took her time. And made my visit easy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank Dr zanchi and Judy. And of course the rest of the staff. I give them an A+++
Not only does Dr. Zanchi explain everything in layman's terms, but he is concerned for the patient's welfare. He called me back when necessary. He also helped me out with surgery before a trip that I was able to still take. I would definitely recommend Dr. Zanchi for pulmonary issues.
Doctor Zanchi is very thorough and professional, and answers all questions completly. Did have problems with prescriptions. Sent prescriptions to mail order prarmacy instead of local pharmacy, had to redo order. One other prescription which I've taken before but dose completly changed. Called office with question,no reesponse. Have had other problems calling in issues and getting through with phone calls, hard to get intouch with a real person.
Very nice staff and Dr. Zanchi is very through and equally concerned about my health. Many years since I had a physician like Dr. Zanchi
