Dr. Shin is a great surgeon. He’s very thorough in explaining the procedure and what to expect. He’s easy to reach for any questions and constantly checking in with me. My recovery is going really well!
Dr Shin is very knowledgeable and personable. He made me feel like he was genuinely interested in my ACL injury and my recovery. Post-surgery, he and his team check up on my through a handy health app and it feel it’s an easy pathway to ask questions and gets answers.
I got an appointment quickly. He communicated my options clearly and answered all my questions. When it was decided I need surgery, he scheduled it very quickly. Most importantly, the surgery was performed well.
Very professional and courteous from the beginning. Dr. Shin communicated exactly what his thoughts and concerns were and provided the way ahead in regards to surgery and recovery. His staff are super involved and helpful as well. Overall great staff and awesome experience.
Dr. Shin was very good at explaining what was going on with my hip deterioration and the options available to me for treatment. He was responsive to my inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and detailed manner. I felt confident in his knowledge, expertise, and experience and found him pleasant to work with.
Dr. Shin is extremely knowledgable and takes time with me to share as much information as possible about my symptoms and planned treatment. After my surgery he followed up with me personally by phone on a daily basis to make sure I was recovering well. Put it this way, when it comes to orthopedics, I hope he'll be my doctor for the rest of my life. Couldn't ask for better care.
Great doctor which seemed to have very flexiable appointments. Was able to help me get my surgery done within a week. I was pushed back from another doctor for more than 2 weeks. Very lucky to find him available. Thank You very much Dr. Shin. The whole staff was very fast and friendly. Do not need to wait forever for your visit like other places.

Professional, approachable, skilled surgeon. Not only is Dr. Shin a 5-star surgeon, but he is very humble. He lacks any of that "God Complex" syndrome that you find with many doctors. He genuinely cares for his patient's welfare. He always takes the time necessary to make sure all of my questions and concerns are answered. I would have no hesitation, reccomending Dr. Shin to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery.
