I had such a wonderful and comfortable experience after the last couple of months of being handed around like a farm animal by dentists. Dr. Kessner really cares about patients and their oral health and well being. His assistants and the office staff were very kind and helpful also.
I had a situation with a failed root canal that was performed elsewhere and needed to find a new dentist after moving. I found Dr. Kessner online and was astounded by the number of 5 star reviews. I assure you he has earned those stars! He squeezed me in the next day with a 7AM appointment, took care of things, and I even received a phone call from him that evening to make sure that I was doing OK. Unheard of!!! I will be sorry when this fine man retires.
The staff is friendly and professional. The office is up to date with latest technology. Dr Kessner has treated me and my family for decades. Always accurate diagnosis, perfect outcomes for all procedures, and I have absolute confidence in his honest treatment of his patients. I left a message to the doctor’s office on Monday evening asking for a second opinion on a failing implant done by another dentist. As i wasn’t sure whether it was a crown or an implant issue, i really needed a second opinion from a dentist with experience. I was nicely surprised with a prompt callback in the morning and a direct appointment the same day. Dr. Kessner has been my dentist for a long long time. I have the upmost respect for him and his wonderful staff. They are very professional, courteous and always make me feel very comfortable when I’m there. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend him.
