I put in a lot of time and research to find a good dermatologist. After all my research I decided to go with Dr. Kartono based on all her amazing reviews and high health grade ratings. I called and made a appt with her and had to wait a couple months due to how booked she was. When I went to my appt at the end of March I waited over 45 mins in the waiting room when I had a set 5:30 pm appt. Dr Kartono is simply amazing, She makes the patient feel at ease, explains medical issues and potential solutions in easily understandable terms. I found her her competence and sweet demeanor very comforting.
Doctor Kartono and her staff are such wonderful people they took great care of me. Forever grateful.for Dr. Kartonos quick response with urgency In removing and treating the cyst on my neck. She and her staff were able to see me quickly and immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Kartono to anyone and everyone as she is highly knowledgeable in her field of expertise. Thank you Dr. Kartono for all that you do in caring for and helping me heal .
I had a 9:40am appointment and Dr. Kartono did not see me until nearly 11:20am for less than 5 minutes (and she did not even apologize for the delay; an assistant did later over text). I don’t see the point of having an appointment time when it’s disrespected. I don’t need to be squeezed in if she doesn’t have time. She’s a cheerful person but she repeated information / gave tips I already knew from my last visit and from my portal. Dr Kartono is very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. She has helped me with some skin and hair issues and is the best dermatologist that I’ve ever been to.
