Very professional from the front desk staff to the dermatologist. It has only been one week since my visit, and my skin is already improving! Amazing!
I really enjoyed my experience here. This was my first time. I was early to the appointment and they took me right in. The office staff were very friendly , and answered all of my questions. Dr. Kerdel was very nice and spent time to answer all of my questions. The office was also very clean and nice. I will definitely be going back in the future.
Excellent service. Dr. Kerdel is an outstanding dermatologist, and I would definitely recommend him and his staff.
Dr. Kerdel is great. He is always patient with my questions and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The rest of the staff is pleasant and helpful. My appointments are always quick, but never feel rushed. I'm confident I've been taken care of properly each time I go here.
Dr. Kerdel is a wonderful doctor. The state was superb and I barely waited in the waiting room. He spent time with me and addressed all of my concerns. He wasn’t dismissive and was very caring.
The professional staff and the doctors care are great!!!Keep it up!
It felt like I was offered the most expensive treatment with no reason
The clinic has very good facilities. Then about the service, somewhat deficient. The doctor saw me for 3 minutes, with 2 other people inside the room, without my authorization, very uncomfortable. He did not include me in the decision of my medication, he did not explain anything to me, I left confused and somewhat intimidated.
Unfortunately, Dr. Kerdel does NOT ACCEPT this insurance.
