Dr. Kerdel is great. He is always patient with my questions and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The rest of the staff is pleasant and helpful. My appointments are always quick, but never feel rushed. I'm confident I've been taken care of properly each time I go here.
Dr. Kerdel is a wonderful doctor. The state was superb and I barely waited in the waiting room. He spent time with me and addressed all of my concerns. He wasn’t dismissive and was very caring.
The professional staff and the doctors care are great!!!Keep it up!
It felt like I was offered the most expensive treatment with no reason
The clinic has very good facilities. Then about the service, somewhat deficient. The doctor saw me for 3 minutes, with 2 other people inside the room, without my authorization, very uncomfortable. He did not include me in the decision of my medication, he did not explain anything to me, I left confused and somewhat intimidated.
Unfortunately, Dr. Kerdel does NOT ACCEPT this insurance.

Have not had the appointment yet, for my husband. Have communicated several times with call center. In regards to New Patient Paperwork. We have not had any luck to receive any help. on 4/27/2022 , Spoke to office manager Sandra, she has no customer service skills, no compassion. Would do better by talking to a robot. We are only seeing this doctor in regards to the health insurance coverage. My husband had cancer and was a patient at the University of Miami. office needs to revisit there office staff.
