Dr. Nguyen was very friendly, thorough, reviewed all my xrays with me, and explained my condition in detail. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. Great appointment! The radiology technologist was lovely also.
I am so thankful for finding Dr. Nguyen!! His bedside manner is so positive and full of genuine care. He actually listened to me and I finally felt seen after years of pain and other doctors dismissals. His surgical talent is outstanding! The Paley Institute is wonderful, and so was Dr. Nguyen! I came in for a broken toe. Everything was super efficient throughout the entire visit. He explained everything in detail , thoroughly reviewed my X-rays, had great bedside manner, was super friendly and answered all my questions . Reset my toe and gave me a plan moving forward . I highly recommend for care!
Dr. Garrett Nguyen is an amazing surgeon. He performed an incredible extensive revision surgery on my foot/toes. I recently had a Zoom visit with Dr. Nguyen for a surgery follow-up and was extremely impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and communication. Dr Nguyen was very thorough with his exam of my foot but again I had to wait almost an hour in the exam room before I saw him. The wait time is my biggest complaint.

As a doctor Dr Nguyen is very thorough however the wait time was very long. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room but we waited in the exam room for about an hour before Dr Nguyen came in to talk with me and I still had not been taken for exrays yet so we then had to have the exrays done after he left us. I was not able to talk with him or see these rays before I left.
