The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The kiosk registration process was fairly straight forward. The medical forms were not overwhelming. They accepted my health insurance with a small co-pay. I was quickly seen by a paramedic who took my vitals and medical history. He asked appropriate questions. I was then seen by a nurse practitioner who reviewed my concerns and listened to my heart and lungs. She ordered a chest X-ray. I was traveling in Florida for several months and had a urinary tract infection and flu. Stopped at Dr G's and they were GREAT! They did urine tests and blood draw inhouse. Gave me a breathing machine curative and fulfilled medications in one clean, convenient, friendly location. No waiting, fast service! Results were almost immediate! Great place to feel better fast! Highly recommend!
The experience at Dr Gs was really good. The front desk person was amazing. She was super friendly, patient, professional and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone in the office was great. The doc asked lots of questions and took plenty of time really trying to help me. I didn’t wait long, the office was clean and nice and I highly recommend this clinic.
I was visiting Pompano Beach and developed a severe migraine. Went to Dr G’s urgent care. The staff at the front desk was so kind. She could see I was in extreme pain. The Physician Assistant was absolutely knowledgeable and wonderful. The medical assistant was also kind and compassionate. The gentleman who took my blood and administered my IV was also great. I can’t say enough about the staff that took care of me on 2/15. I would highly recommend this Urgent care.
No matter when you go to Dr G’s they greet you like an old friend and take care of the problem as fast as possible. I went for an EKG this week and it was faster and better than I had hoped. I recommend them to all my friends when they need any medical attention. Thanks to William and Christine!
