My surgery was Tuesday, April 5. I had arthroplasty on my right hand middle finger and ring finger. Surgery is not something that a lot of people look forward to and it sure helps when you have a good doctor and very professional, caring staff. From Jana, my pre-op nurse, to Dr. Dix, to Dr Leis my overall experience was nothing shy of perfect. They were great about explaining everything and keeping my fiancé informed from beginning to end.

I love his no nonsense approach. He is straight to the point, explains conditions, treatment and recovery in detail. His Nurse Practitioner is very attentive and nice, as are his nurses. I will not use anyone else.
Great ortho surgeon. He listens to his patients
I had elbow wrist and thumb surgery on my left arm yesterday. Everyone was caring and nice. From Nurses , anesthesiologist etc. i could not have been treated better. Instructions where detailed , my follow up and rehab appointments where set up . Dr Leis is friendly and takes time explaining pros and cons of the surgery. With all the information I was able to make a informed decision . He will definitely remain my physichian and I have recommended him to multiple family and friends in need of a orthopedic physician/ surgeon.

Took time to talk and explain in detail the issue I was having and how to treat it. Was nice to have a Doctor that is easy to talk to.
Dr Leis is wonderful. A straight to the point Dr, gives you options ,explains pros / cons and causes.Then let’s you make a informed decision. As a Veteran i appreciate his no nonsense ,straight forward demeanor.
I have always had a good and positive experience with Dr. Leis. He has been taking care of my shoulder since 2011 and always has been there when I needed him. He explains everything in a way that you understand and is always professional and likes tbings done with efficiency. I am now scheduled to get a reverse total shoulder replacement in December and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it for me.
Front desk is great!! They have way too many appointments at once. Waited over an hour and got less than 15 minutes with the doctor.
