Good doctor, nice setting, calls back same day. She shares office with Psychologists, so I decided to take the neuropsychological testing that was offered to me. Some of them work late hours and weekends.

I came to Dr. Iospa during a real low point in my life. Starting with the receptionist her office was inviting and made me feel comfortable, her staff are courteous both on the phone and in person and i pleasantly surprised to see that there was no double booking in the office. if you have an appt, its your appt. The doctor was encouraging, warm and helped me through my issue. i am pleased to report that i am doing much better thanks for her and her staff and I would definitely recommend her.

I would recommend Dr.Haywood to others. I attended a CBT group she ran and it was great. I learned a lot about anxiety and how to decrease it , from her. She answered any questions I had and gave me hope. I'm very glad I attended her CBT group.

Good Doctor, caring and sincere. Location is super convenient, She was late once on my early appointment which made me feel very annoyed, but she was profusely apologetic and that was long time ago, andI learned not to ask for 7:30am appointments. Other then that highly recommend.

I liked her a lot but I felt like she did not hear me or take me seriously when I repeatedly said I did not want to take Xanax or something similar because of a family history of addiction. She kept suggesting it to me. The opioid problem is real and at the very least, a doctor should respect when someone says no and not bring it up again.

When my father started showing signs of memory loss I brought him to Perl Barlow Memory Center, the Neurology group at NYU. They prescribed some meds and referred him to Dr. Alla Iospa for evaluation, because he mentioned suicidal thoughts. Dr. Iospa insisted on immediate hospitalization. I was angry and devastated. I called her the very next day and said some harsh words, I was out of line and rude. She encouraged us to seek 2nd opinion, if I disagree. Now my father is back from the hospita
