Dr. Moore is amazing. She made sure I was completely heard and provided excellent treatment. It is very important for patients to feel a sense of trust when undergoing surgery, and Dr. Moore and everyone in her office inspire that trust 100%. The service from Dr. Moore and her staff of Comprehensive Surgery Specialist was first rate. Dr. Moore was generous with her time to address questions about the procedure and guidelines for post-surgery maintenance and care. Office was clean, wait time for the two visits was short, and her staff very friendly and responsive. Dr. Moore’s team at Stone Springs also provided excellent start – finish support.
Dr. Moore gets five stars from me for two reasons. First, she is a spectacular surgeon. She removed my gall bladder and, after 20+ years of attacks, it was in terrible shape. I had no complications and my recovery was problem free. She did a great job. Second, she and her staff provide an unparalleled level of customer service. In the midst of my worst gall bladder attack, Dr. Moore was on the phone with my wife providing advice and direction. This, of course, was at 1:30am on a Saturday. Dr. Moore and her staff were wonderful! From my first consultation appointment with Dr. Moore she was warm and empathetic. She has a great bedside manner which is very important to me! My surgery went well with no issues and the office called to check on me the next day and was swift to answer all my questions. Definitely would recommend her!!
