I called the day before my daughters appointment to check on restrictions for bringing infants because of covid. I was told that it should be fine and she even asked that I bring extra coverage for the carseat and that we all wear masks. I walk into her appointment today to be told it is an issue for me to have my infant there. I told them I had checked before coming and was told it was not an issue and I was then told that "nobody there would have said that to me". As if I had some reason to make it up. My teeth were straight when my braces were removed, but I had to wait 2 weeks for my retainers, so the shifted back at the bottom. Dr. López is claiming that there is nothing more that he can do, and he’s very rude!!! I would recommend adults going somewhere else.

I took my son on 17 August for a cleaning as a patient I thought they already verified my insurance information this week receive a bill from them for the services my son received bc my insurance denied the claim I feel as though i have been scammed because as a medical provider I would think y'all would check all that thoroughly prior to me coming in for my visit and the office manager Jody was very rude and not helpful at all saying it's my job to verify my insurance no ma'am it's not your the office manager that's what yo... read more
