Dr. Noblin and his staff are tops! I have seen Dr Noblin for many years...first, he did a total reconstruction of my left shoulder (severely injured in a fall), repaired a torn Rotator Cuff in right shoulder a few years later. Next came both knees for partial replacements using Makoplasty method. This time, I went in for a pain in the right groin and hip area that had been going on for at least a couple of months and a badly inflamed right heel. Dr. No Lin and staff were great. The office was very busy and I waited in room about 1 hr before I saw him.
